WhidbeyHealth Foundation

The WhidbeyHealth Foundation was established in 1981 as a qualified non-profit corporation and was then known as the Whidbey General Hospital Foundation.

Although our name has changed, our mission remains the same:

To support and enhance WhidbeyHealth through advocacy, and through the development and management of charitable gifts.

Since its inception, gifts to the Foundation from individuals, service organizations, businesses and foundations have enabled us to support high-quality clinical, emergency, inpatient and outpatient medical services for everyone on Whidbey Island.

We also raise funds in a variety of ways, including:

  • The Tour de Whidbey annual bicycling event
  • The annual Gala
  • Outreach to community groups who support scholarships for our healthy-heart and free mammogram programs
  • Legacy giving so you can plan a gift for future generations
  • Volunteer opportunities at our Medical Center and Clinics
  • Active participation of employees in the payroll giving program

Donate Online through our secure Make a Donation page.
