WhidbeyHealth Sleep Care is fully accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Our certified sleep specialists utilize the latest technology and techniques to deliver cost effective diagnosis and treatment of a comprehensive list of sleep disorders for patients of all ages.

Obtain a referral

We accept referrals from your Primary Care Provider or Specialist. Even if your insurance does not require pre-authorization, WhidbeyHealth Sleep Care requires a paper referral. Referrals can be faxed to 360.240.4081.

Other information

If you currently use a CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure), please bring your machine, power cord and mask to your initial consultation.
