The rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) has impacted all aspects of our daily lives and placed a great deal of strain on our healthcare systems. Our priority is keeping our patients and staff healthy. To do so, we must do everything we can to comply with the recommendations to limit person-to-person contact.
WhidbeyHealth plans to expand the availability of telemedicine across the system, including both primary and specialty care. The WhidbeyHealth Clinics are now providing care virtually, either by video or phone. Our walk-in clinic locations will remain open for in-person care that is more urgent in nature and cannot be provided virtually as well as our Emergency Department. We are grateful for your patience and understanding.
General Information
A telehealth visit is similar to an in-person wellness appointment with your own primary care provider. During the visit you'll talk about your current health concerns and learn what to do. The visit sometimes called "Telehealth" in an online video appointment whereby all you need is a computer, laptop, tablet/iPad or smart phone with internet access. WhidbeyHealth has selected VSee as our trusted telehealth solution.

We are taking additional steps to keep our clinics safe and hygienically clean to protect both patients and staff. All patients and staff are required to wear masks, wash their hands frequently and practice social distancing when possible.
Don’t delay addressing health concerns, even during the current pandemic. Although you are safer staying home than going out, your healthcare is an essential need and delaying treatment may make your condition worse.
