Access to high quality healthcare for our community is our top priority and we know that our telephone systems have caused frustration and delays. We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of finalizing implementation of of an upgraded telecommunications solution that will alleviate those frustrations and delays.
As with many large system upgrades and transitions, we appreciate your patience and understanding for unexpected delays while we wrap up this upgrade. Connectivity and other issues that have effected our community’s ability to contact our Primary Care Clinics are continued to be worked on as we finalize the telecommunications system upgrade. We expect that the upgrade will be concluded within the coming days and will resolve the connectivity issues.
