A third of the people with blood sugar in this range will develop diabetes within 3 years. Join our free class and learn how to reduce your risk of developing diabetes. There is no cost for the class\, but you must pre-register as space is limited. \nCall (360) 678-7656 ext. 4210 to register. \nThis 2-hour class focuses on information that will introduce you to ways to reduce your risk of developing diabetes. Some topics covered: healthy eating\, the basics of carb-counting\, becoming more active\, establishing SMART goals for prevention.
