The arrival of the coronavirus placed extreme demands on WhidbeyHealth. The facility, staff and supplies were strained 24/7 serving patients with the COVID-19 virus. As the number of people effected by COVID-19 climbed, the wellbeing of our most vulnerable neighbors and those who care for them was at stake.
The community responded to the challenge head on, contributing nearly $360,000 to support the frontline medical staff and first responders on Whidbey Island through the WhidbeyHealth Foundation’s COVID-19 Response Fund.
WhidbeyHealth Foundation brings community members together to raise funds and advocate for outstanding healthcare for everyone on Whidbey Island. Together, we can do this!
