Bonnie MacLean Abney is an accomplished performance management and development professional.
As founder and president of Abney International, a management consulting firm, she worked with multi-national companies in twenty-two countries including Merck Pharmaceutical, American Express, Pfizer Italia, Caterpillar, American Re-insurance, Bank of America, the New Zealand Dairy Council and the Dutch Postal Service.
Bonnie also worked with the US Navy at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station and the US Army at Fort Benning. Her program “Blueprint for Performance” was published in eight languages.
Since retiring to Whidbey Island in 2007, Bonnie has been active in the American Association of University Women and as the Coordinator of Coupeville’s Neighborhood Emergency Team and the WhidbeyHealth Foundation.
