David Lemme, DO, MPH is an osteopathic family physician certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a 1986 graduate of the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Naval Hospital Bremerton in 1993. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice in 1998. He completed a Master of Public Health degree from A.T. Still University in 2005.

Dr. Lemme is highly skilled in osteopathic manipulative medicine, and provides care to patients of all ages. He is one of only a few physicians who provide fascial distortion model treatment, which is especially useful in soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. An advocate for a holistic approach to better health, he provides a balanced perspective to the use of alternative and complementary medicine.

He moved his family to Whidbey Island in 1996 and was stationed at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor for several years. He also served in Alaska, Florida, California, Japan, Korea, Italy and Afghanistan. Dr. Lemme retired from the U.S. Navy in 2010. He is fluent in German, and conversant in Spanish, Italian, French, and American Sign Language.
