Shannon Tumblin began her healthcare journey, working in dermatology in 2002. She joined the Wound Care department at WhidbeyHealth in 2009 as an LPN. After receiving her RN degree in 2010 and finding her passion as an Emergency Room nurse, she decided to continue her education and become a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2020, Shannon obtained her MSN degree and received her FNP-C from Frontier Nursing University. She is a graduate from the University of Washington’s Wound Management Education Program and has a genuine passion for wound healing and meeting the dermatological needs of her patients.
