Teresa Avery is a Pharmacist with over 30 years of experience working in Clinic and Community Pharmacy settings in Hawaii and Seattle. A lifelong Washingtonian and resident of Whidbey Island, she is committed to serving our community and elevating the standard of pharmacy care to meet the unique needs of each patient. She has special interests in mental health and substance abuse disorders.

I believe in making a difference in the lives of the patients I serve and improving the quality of care in my community. I strive to deliver a distinctive approach to the practice of pharmacy. By recognizing that everyone has unique needs, I work with my patients to help them understand their medications, remove barriers to care, improve compliance and help them achieve their health goals.

I am an avid runner, skier and outdoor enthusiast. I am also a massive follower of Premier League Soccer and am a dedicated Liverpool FC fan, and a huge supporter of our Seattle Sounders as well! My husband and I enjoy traveling internationally, volunteering in animal rescue and fostering. We moved to Whidbey Island in 2016 with our dog and two cats and love all aspects of island life!
