It is an evidence-based, multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation program to help rebuild strength, decrease symptoms and enable you to enjoy a healthier, active life.

Getting Started

You will need a referral from your doctor to attend pulmonary rehabilitation.

Medicare and other insurance plans often pay for all or a portion of this program.

Pulmonary education sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday for 30 minutes.

Exercise sessions are Tuesday and Thursday for one hour.
