Dr. Andrew Hu is a podiatric foot and ankle surgeon specializing in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions. He is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery.

He completed a rigorous three-year comprehensive podiatric surgical residency with Legacy Health and Kaiser Permanente Hospitals in Portland, Oregon, including training at a Level I trauma center. His residency provided advanced exposure to complex foot and ankle trauma, reconstructive surgery, and multidisciplinary limb salvage care at Oregon Health & Science University.

Prior to joining WhidbeyHealth, Dr. Hu practiced with Kaiser Permanente Washington and served as an on-call foot and ankle surgeon at a local Level II trauma hospital.

Dr. Hu is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based foot and ankle care through collaborative decision-making and multidisciplinary teamwork. His clinical interests include foot and ankle trauma, reconstructive surgery, deformity correction, and diabetic limb preservation.
