Public Record Request

WhidbeyHealth has a designated Public Records Officer assigned to assist the public in accessing public records maintained by the hospital district.

Public disclosure requests should be sent directly to the Public Records Officer using the form below or via email (include “Public Record Request” in the subject line). If you have any questions about where or how to send your request, or you have questions about the process – please call our Public Records Officer.
