Starting her career at WhidbeyHealth as a Registered Nurse in our Family Birthplace (Labor and Delivery) and our Emergency Room, Krista Burckhardt, ARNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minot State University (North Dakota) in 2007.
While working as an RN, Krista went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University (Kentucky) and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022.
Krista is a long-time Whidbey Island resident and is honored to join the practice at WhidbeyHealth. As a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Care, she is able to bring holistic and compassionate care to women across their lifespan.
