WhidbeyHealth Medical Center and Clinics online bill payment system is an easy and secure way to pay your medical bill. Information you will need to make an online payment:
- Guarantor Number: Look in the lower right corner of the detachable portion of the statement under the “Guarantor” heading. This number will be eight digits and begin with the number “2.”
- Responsible Party DOB: In most cases this will be the patient’s date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) unless the patient is a minor, in which case the Date of Birth would be that of the person responsible for making payment of accounts. Once these are entered you will then be taken to the Welcome page, and you will be able to click the “Pay Now” button and enter your payment information.
Our billing vendor may send you a text message regarding your bill. This communication is legitimate and has been sent on behalf of WhidbeyHealth.
In an effort to reduce mailing costs, patients will first receive a text notification. If there is no response from the patient, a paper statement will be mailed. Patients are encouraged to respond directly to the text message or call the 877 number provided. Patients may also use the secure link included within the text message to access and log into their account.
